HOW TO ORDER
Our fabric flower creations are aimed both at Companies (Brands, Ateliers…) and private Customers: we offer to both of them a tailor-made service in order to customize the item in terms of shape, size, design and materials.
DEFINE AND CUSTOMIZE PROJECT DETAILS
We receive by appointment in the Atelier: it’s possible to arrange a meeting or, if distances don’t allow it, to define all the Project details by e-mail and/or telephone, taking inspiration from the photos on our Website or from other references.
Shapes, materials and colors are defined on the Customer’s needs: it’s possible to choose fabrics and finishes among those available in the Workroom; otherwise We can use fabrics that are supplied to us, if their features are suitable for processing techniques.
Bespoke choices may affect the item final cost: any variation is always established and agreed in the design phase.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Every processing step is strictly handmade, so delivery times vary according to the complexity of the Project and they are agreed at the time of ordering: delivery time may range from a minimum of 10/15 days to 4 weeks or more for the most complex orders which require a planning.
CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
Once details have been defined, the order will be taken on upon the payment (by cash, bank transfer or Paypal circuit) of the deposit equal to 50% of the estimated amount.
The balance will be paid at the end of the work, at the time of delivery or before any shipment.
For Companies, payment terms and conditions can be valued and agreed at the time of the order according to mutual administrative needs.
SHIPPING
National or International shipments are entrusted to Express Couriers who deliver according to times and costs based on the place of destination and on the package features.
The Waybill with the tracking number will allow the Customer to trace the shipment at any time.
Shipping costs are not included in the item unit price but they are calculated and communicated at the time of the order.
THE MOST REQUESTED ITEMS
Each flower accessory can be costumized according to Costumer needs and preferences, so the pictures in this Gallery are just samples: the Customer can choose to change fabrics, materials, colors and decorations (leaves, stems …).
